PART ONE INSIGHT:
- Government policy may be the key influence factor toward ‘Glasgow Effect’;
- Self attitude is a vital motivation, but for young people, work experience from voluntary is more attractive;
- The funds support for public mechanism are from government, relevant charities (donations),local clubs and bar;
- The sport events require large number of high level volunteers. But there is no effective social volunteer system for sustainable development.
PART TWO RESEARCH
INSIGHT SUMMARY:
Volunteer is a group that can become a city heritage. However, there are lack of funds to support sustainable development through completive system that can attract fresh blood. Besides, charities lack sufficient self- and effective promotion methods, dynamic assistant coaches, and viable operation structures.
